When I look closer at their art, there’s so much inspiration in there for me. I come to understand that all of these people are on a similar journey, questioning (themselves) a lot. Sometimes we walk a little bit of that way together, ready to do extra miles to create the outstanding.

I don’t want to try and prioritize which elements are above others; they’re all intertwined.

Whatever we do, we need to feel either its good for our business, its great fun, it brings us forward and unites us with great humans. Ideally, it's all four.

Success for me is not only an economic one, it is also a social one, it is not only about business, but also about harmony in the family, great marriage , raising the kids well to prepare them for what there is to come, to raise them as good human beings.

I build a lot of positive habits, such as my morning routine with meditation, breathwork, a small workout and a bit of peace of mind before i open the laptop. Also, i switched to a Light phone, a game changer for me. But the two things which are not negotiable are clean food and sleep.

Professionally I am most proud of the project Vivid Vineyards. We organised a conference dedicated to trees planted in the vineyards and diversification of vineyards in general. It was attended by 70 winemakers and they loved it. Using my legacy in the wine industry for improving the landscape we live in makes lots of sense to me.
